Karuna Reiki

About Karuna Reiki® – reiki.org – Two lessons of 5 ½ hours each = 11 hours of training

Karuna is a Sanskrit term meaning “any action taken to alleviate the suffering of others,” often interpreted as “compassionate action.” When individuals achieve
enlightenment, they come to understand that all beings are interconnected, making it natural to extend this compassionate action to everyone, as we are all one.

Karuna® embodies the motivation of enlightened beings who strive to end suffering on Earth. They continuously send forth healing energy and guidance,
though not everyone is open to receiving it. As you cultivate Karuna® within yourself, you not only assist others but also become more receptive to the
healing energy offered by enlightened beings, accelerating your own healing process.

Karuna Reiki® enables you to work closely with both physical and spiritual guides. Many students find this system to be more powerful than Usui Reiki, as it
has a distinct energy that impacts emotional and spiritual levels, helping individuals feel more grounded.
